Clubs can only function with the effective and voluntary participation of parents and/or teachers, hereafter called “Relais”, who give the Clubs their life and meaning.

The CCLIF is a non-profit structure. All parents who invest in this initiative cannot gain any financial or other benefit.

SCHOOL CALENDAR

The timetable is governed by the school holidays.

RESPONSIBILITY

CLLIF can only be held responsible for the children during the actual time of the activity. Outside the time of the activity parents are responsible for their own children.

MANAGEMENT OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Students must arrive on time for the activity and leave the LIF at the end of the session.
Children can be taken care of at the entrance of the school area by the Relais or by the supervising parent, who leads them into the club room and brings them back to the entrance.
In the case of late arrival, the child must go independently to the activity. In the case of waiting after the session, the child must go to the school office area. Under no circumstances must the student wander about the school.
Only the parents of pre-school children are authorized to enter the inside of the establishment to accompany them or to change them.
The presence of other persons distracts training. Friends, sisters, brothers et al are not authorized to participate in classes. As a reminder, parents, drivers, maids, are not authorized to broach the entrance of the school office area.

ABSENCE

In case of absence, parents are asked to notify the CCLIF. The roll call is made at the beginning of each class. The roll call record can be consulted at the school office area. If the absence has not been justified by the parents, they will be notified by telephone as soon as possible.
In case of frequent non-justified absence, the CCLIF reserves the right to make the place available to another student without indemnification.

MEALS

Access to the canteen is forbidden to parents.
Only children with CCLIF activities are authorized to have lunch there.
It is advised that Primary school students starting their activities between 1.30 pm and 2.00 pm enroll in the canteen. They will be provided with a meal and supervision.
Any non payment of term fees will result in the child being refused entry to the cafeteria. Any absences will not be refunded.
A standard balanced meal (entrée, main course, dessert, water) will be served to children enrolled in Primary.
Children waiting between 2 activities should present themselves to the school office area.

DISCIPLINE

Children have no reason to wander throughout the school. School outings must be conducted in a calm atmosphere.
It is strictly forbidden to bring drinks and food to classes, in the gymnasium or to the poolside.
The Relais are authorized to temporarily exclude a disruptive child, even to permanently exclude the child from the Club.

The Relais

No Club can function without the assistance of the Relais. In the absence of the Relais, the Club will be cancelled.
The presence of a parent or a Relais at a precise time is indispensable.
The Relais of each Club are responsible for the organization, establishment and functioning of the Club activities.

Parental Presence

A parental presence by roster is established in certain Clubs.
The enrolment of a child in one of these Clubs requires one of the parents to be present for a few sessions throughout the year, following the calendar established by the CCLIF.
A parent or relais must arrive exactly on time for the beginning of each activity. No activity can function without this. In the absence of punctuality, the activity will be cancelled.
