Admissions

As an International school, LIF can only accept children whose parents are :
- French or other foreign nationality (étrangers-tiers),
- Permanent non residents (article 13.3 SP 817/PD/XI/75)
- Diplomatic or related visa Holders, resident KITAS holders
- French speaking Indonesians will be accepted under certain circumstances.

Pre-Enrolment

For all applications LIF would be grateful if you could download the application form then return it by telecopy, email or mail. Once the document has been received you will be sent confirmation of your application as well as a book list and stationery list containing items which need to be pre-purchased in France.
    1. Complete the form, (by downloading)
    2. Please attach the advance payment of school fees
    3. Please attach the following documentation :

• A copy of birth certificate
• Pre-school/nursery school attendance certificate/or school report from CP onwards a departure certificate from previous school attended.
• School reports from previous schools attended.
• School grades/reports from the last three terms of your last school year.
• Photos (3)
• Photocopy of your vaccination book: BCG and DTP-Polio are both compulsory for entrance into CP (to be submitted upon arrival in Jakarta)
• Photocopy of parent/guardian’s passport (to be submitted upon arrival in Jakarta)
• Photocopy of child’s entrance visa: or work visa, diplomatic or KIMS/KITAS (to be submitted upon arrival in Jakarta)
  (Any child whose entrance forms are incomplete will be unable to enrol at the school)

Enrolment

At the time of submitting the admission forms:
- Please show your passport
- Give a photocopy of your passport (pages 1,2,3 plus the visa page) and a photocopy of KIMS/KITAS recto verso (idem for those children you wish to enrol) LIF needs to check that the photo copy and the original document match.
If you are in the process of obtaining your residence visa, parents must submit a declaration from the organisation applying for the visa (detailing which type of visa has been requested) accompanied by a declaration from the Immigration department.
We would like you to start processing your admission forms as well as complying with all the other formalities necessary to obtain visas for your children before their arrival in Indonesia to ensure a smooth school start.
Failure to comply with these terms by the end of 2 months from your child’s start date in the school will result in them being unable to attend the school (terms imposed by local regulations).
Admissions can be submitted to the school office everyday between 9 and 12h on weekdays. NB. These formalities do not concern those children whose parents hold diplomatic passports or related. Photocopies of passports and visas are sufficient upon presentation with the original document.
